The Roll up! Puzzle
(also known as the Mountain Puzzle)

What do you have to do

In a round about way, the puzzle is very straight forward, you have to roll the ball to the top of the mountain. though, it is not quite a simple as that, there is that problem that the path is quite narrow, and you need a steady hand.

Then there is a little catch, but you can find out all about it yourself.

The history

The puzzle was made for the IIP 29 as an exchange gift. The puzzles are made from various hardwoods, all are of particularly fine quality woods, as this is needed to be able to cut the fine spiral. There will be about 100 spares after the exchange and at that point I probably won't make any more, as they are a great deal of work

There are instructions on the bottom, in order to help you, or not as the case might be! A small amount of the instructions can be seen in the picture below.
